Your membership will support the NCC in its mission to strengthen cybersecurity across multiple disciplines, helping academia, industry, government, and not-for-profits keep Canada and Canadians safe.
Choose the type of membership that fits your organization
Industry Membership
Industry members include groups within the private sector, including businesses, corporations, and other for-profit enterprises.
- Access to collaboration, partnerships, funding programs, and unique cybersecurity events.
- Discover cybersecurity-focused opportunities for your business and employees and market your ideas and innovations.
Membership Fees
- 1 – 20 employees $2,500
- 21 – 100 employees $5,000
- 101+ employees $7,500
An additional 3.5% incremental membership fee applies to successfully funded projects.
Annual Membership renewal fees are due in the fiscal quarter one year following the original Membership request.

More than $65M will be allocated to NCC members in good standing to carry out research and development, commercialization, and training projects.
Access to training
Offer your workforce opportunities to enhance and acquire new cybersecurity skills through our training and reskilling sessions.

Your NCC membership will connect you to growth and development opportunities through a network of academia, not-for-profit, government, and corporate peers. Post-Secondary Institution Membership
Post-secondary membership is open to academic institutions, including universities, colleges, research institutions, etc.
- Access to industry collaboration, funding programs, and conferences that will help advance your research initiatives
- Develop new training programs, and tailor and market your intellectual property.
- Foster and grow the cybersecurity ecosystem in Canada and worldwide
Membership Fees
- 1 – 5,000 students $500
- 5,001 – 15,000 students $5,000
- 15,001+ students $7,500

Not-for-profit Membership
Not-for-profit membership is open to organizations within the not-for-profit sector, including registered charities, societies, associations, etc.

- 1 – 1,000 members $500
- 1,001+ members $2,500

To be eligible to join the NCC Member Network, Organizations must be fully based in Canada, exist as a Canadian subsidiary, or as a fully independent organization in Canada with complete control over its operations separate from any international affiliation.
